Join us on Saturday, May 16th as we host a Family Build Day at the library from 12:30-2 PM! The entire second floor will have all different kinds of things you can build. This program is open to all ages, but small pieces will be present.
No registration is required for this event; just drop in!
Every year, The Pennsylvania One Book initiative chooses a different children’s picture book to share across the Commonwealth. This program highlights the importance of early literacy development in preschoolers and the significance of reading early and often to children, as well as engaging them in conversation and other activities around books.
We are proud to feature this year’s book, The Great Cookie Kerfuffle by Jessica Shaw as our Spring 2026 StoryWalk.
A friendly little farm breaks into chaos as increasing numbers of farm animals fight over a dropped cookie, until there’s trouble overhead! United against a common enemy, the animals learn that friendship and taking care of each other is more important than winning a fight.

Join us on Selected Fridays for Five & Under Friday!
Join us in the Conference Room for Five & Under Fridays! Children can explore a variety of toys and engage in social play while caregivers get an opportunity to also socialize.
There will not be a Five & Under Friday on Friday, April 4th (Library closed). Join us every other Friday in April!
Join us on Thursdays at 10:30 a.m. for Preschool Storytime! This program is best for ages 3-6 years and it features, stories, songs, and an activity.

Join us at 10:30 am every Tuesday for Tuesday Toddler Time!
We will read stories, sing, dance and clap our time away. Afterwards, stay and play with friends! A toddler-friendly craft may be introduced. Perfect for ages 1.5-3 years with a caregiver.
