Introducing a special play time just for toddlers! Come to the library and play with age-appropriate toys and games and books and also socialize with other toddlers and their caregivers. This program starts Friday, April 22 at 10:30!
We loved our kids coding club almost as much as the kids, but since, we can’t meet in person, we are sharing our coding kits with you!
Stop by and check out our Coding Kits in the Juvenile Room! Each kit includes a game or toy, handy guides to help you get started, and programming challenges.
Current kits include:
- Botley, The Coding Robot
- Let’s Go Code
- Turing Tumble
We hope to add additional kits in the upcoming months and would love your feedback and suggestions! Also be sure to check out our Coding for Kids resource guide to get more great coding ideas.
These items were part of a Computational Thinking Kit given to the Library through a statewide initiative that was funded by a Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA) from the Institute of Museum and Library Services as administered by the Pennsylvania Department of Education’s Office of Commonwealth Libraries.
